The music on this disc was recorded on analog equipment during the bands
early years in California. The Album explores the blending of Punk, Folk and
Art Rock and demonstrates Miner's initial foray into alternate tuning and odd
metered song crafting. Shortly after these recordings Miner formed a new
band "Mantra Sunrise" and later carried on the ever evolving
"ART ROCK CIRCUS" with several albums in recent years. Several songs
from this era became staples at Mantra Sunrise live shows in particular
"We the People" and "St Saviar". Astralography became a cornerstone
piece in the rock opera "Heavens Cafe'" which later drew rave reviews>
internationally. We hope you enjoy this exciting band in it's first of
many ever changing developments and directions.
